Definitions

“Website” refers to all online content hosted on USA Book Authors’s website. “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” denotes any individual placing an order for services or products, either for themselves or another party. “Company,” “We,” or “Our” refers to USA Book Authors, a registered entity under U.S. law. “Product” includes all services and deliverables provided by USA Book Authors per the Customer’s Order. “Order” is any request for services or products made via phone or email, confirmed by payment through credit card, cash receipt, or bank transfer.

REFUND POLICY

If the client requests a refund before any work has begun, 100% of the payment will be returned (minus transaction fees). We aim to support our clients and address their needs. However, if resources have been allocated, a refund will no longer be available. Our priority is to resolve issues through revisions. If a refund is granted, processing may take between 5 to 15 business days. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) applies. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and confirmed via the email address used at checkout.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not granted once a project is underway. We confirm project details with the client prior to beginning, so a change of mind after ordering is not a valid reason for cancellation.

Low-Quality Delivery

A refund may be considered only after the following conditions are met: A. The final result does not match the client’s documented expectations, even after revisions. B. We offer unlimited revisions and project reassignment, and may also issue credit for future use of equal value. If satisfaction still isn't achieved, a partial refund may be issued, based on mutual agreement and only if the final product is completely off track.

Late Delivery

We strive for on-time delivery. If we fail to deliver after three outreach attempts from your side, and it's confirmed with documentation that the delay is our fault, a refund may be considered. However, our team is granted a grace period of 10 to 15 days for unforeseen delays. In such cases, a portion of the total cost may be deducted to reflect the completed work.

External Influences

Delays due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events are not eligible for refunds. These circumstances fall outside of our responsibility.

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery, and only if no revisions have been requested. Claims made after this period will not be processed. A. Customers should be aware of this deadline when placing an order. B. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by minor technical issues such as grammar, formatting, or missing references. C. Refunds will not be processed for complaints about word count.

You retain full ownership of the content delivered to you. You agree to protect USA Book Authors against any misuse or unauthorized use of the materials we provide. Any unauthorized distribution or use of content from our website or services may result in legal consequences.

The evaluation committee would evaluate the content against your order specifications. They will take an impartial decision based upon facts and evidences. In case there is any lacking or shortcoming in the content you will get all your money back. USA Book Authors will not refund any amount on change of mind before or after the project has started.

Revision Policy

Editing Orders Revisions will be made to address technical or factual errors. Additional revisions beyond that are provided at the company’s discretion.
